About Maria Perinetti

Maria Perinetti graduated from New College of Florida in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She went on to Pace Law School in White Plains, New York, and she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2005. Following law school, she practiced criminal law in government practice for the next fourteen years, practicing in various state and federals courts, including the Florida Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. In 2019, Maria left government work for the private sector, where she developed a passion for Elder law, helping families with guardianships, estate planning, probate, and Medicaid planning. She also continues to practice criminal law in federal and state courts, while using the skills she developed as a criminal trial attorney to zealously represent her Elder Law clients. Maria is married with two children and three cats. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, yoga, and playing Pokemon Go with her children.
